All prices, availability, and product information quoted in this communication are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, supply availability, and currency fluctuations. Pricing is generally valid only at the time of quotation and does not constitute a binding offer or commitment unless confirmed in a written Sales Order accepted by an authorized Duplais Group dba GPU Resource representative. All prices are quoted EX Works (EXW) — buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all shipping, freight, insurance, and logistics costs from Duplais Group dba GPU Resource’s facility.
All products are sold “AS IS” unless a warranty is expressly stated in the applicable Sales Order. Duplais Group dba GPU Resource disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Each item is at minimum C4, F3 unless specified otherwise in the applicable quote or Sales Order. C4 and F3 are defined under the R2v3 (Responsible Recycling) standard: C4 = item has cosmetic damage but is fully operational; F3 = item has been tested and confirmed functional for its intended purpose, or was sourced as tested and pulled. Items designated as scrap are explicitly identified as such.
Returns require prior written authorization (RMA). Special orders are non-returnable. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, which may equal up to the full purchase price of the item. Returns must be in original condition with all accessories and documentation.
Purchased items will be made available for pickup or release only after payment has fully cleared Duplais Group dba GPU Resource’s accounting. Wire transfer confirmation alone does not authorize release of goods. A non-negotiable, non-refundable processing fee of 4% applies to all payments made via credit card or PayPal.
Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and OFAC regulations. By purchasing, Buyer assumes sole responsibility for export compliance. An End User Statement may be required prior to shipment of certain Products.
Duplais Group dba GPU Resource reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, and omissions in any quotation or communication. No employee or agent is authorized to bind Duplais Group dba GPU Resource to any agreement by email without written confirmation from an authorized representative.
